  1. Liability Waiver

By booking a class or participating in any event hosted by Defense in Heels, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Assumption of Risk: Self-defense involves physical activity that carries potential risks, including injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
  • Release of Liability: You release Patti Stewart, Defense in Heels, all instructors, all venues where classes are held, and B Fitness from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses incurred before, during, or after any class, event, or training.

  1. Purchases & Refunds

  • Products: All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Classes & Events:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled class or event to receive a refund or transfer.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the class/event date are non-refundable and non-transferable—no exceptions.

    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations for any reason do not qualify for a refund or credit.

  1. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
